Living Large: Fitz and the Tantrums!

I adore music, all kinds: classical, jazz, blues (hey, I did live for years in Chicago!), and of course pop. When working on the House of Fifty music mix with my husband for the premier issue, we just had to include Fitz and the Tantrums, a band with a sixties retro feel that serves up "an unrestrained blast of soul-clapping, get-down-on-the-floor" music.

When the people behind Fitz and the Tantrums saw we'd included them in the mix, we were asked if we'd like tickets to their Portland show. Ah...yes!

There is nothing like enjoying music live, and Fitz and Noelle were electric.
A great start to a long weekend...

Enjoy yours!

I love the Fitz and the Tantrums! They are playing at a live venue in August where there are a whole bunch of bands with a similar vibe playing!

You want to stream a Vancouver radio station that plays music like them? It is Peak 100.5! Even my 16 yr old daughter loves that station :)

Lucky you!
